You are signing up more than once. You shouldn't be doing that. Instead, when you get to your personal course page, you should bookmark it (or add it to your favorites). From then on, you should use your bookmark to enter the course.
If you have sent your answers to your tutor, but you haven't received any correspondence back for a week, send your answers to them again and state that you would like a quick reply since you haven't heard from the tutor for a while. If you still don't receive anything from your tutor for another two days, send me a brief note and sign up again. (The web form might assign you to the same delinquent tutor again, so keep signing up until you get a different tutor.)
The lessons contains questions, but you can't simply type the answers into the Web page. Instead, you have to open your email program and copy the questions in the email message with your mouse or otherwise. Then you can type your answers between the questions in the email window.
If you don't know how to copy text from one window to another with a mouse, ask a friend.
Please sign up again.
One of the tutors once wrote me:
I've had similar problems using IE 5.0. I've "fixed" it by removing Pan-Euro support. Go into Control Panel|Add Remove Programs and select Pan-European support to be removed. It should work after that.
One other sure fire way is to view it is to use Netscape Communicator 4.X, Opera 2.6 or any Mozilla browser. I've used Netscape successfully while I still had the Pan-Euro installed.
Try searching. A good starting point is ELNA.
